Eligibility 

No purchase necessary to enter. A purchase will not improve chances of winning. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries. Charlotte’s Web™ CBD For a Year Giveaway (“Charlotte’s Web Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (unless otherwise specified), except employees of Charlotte’s Web, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent companies, Charlotte’s Web Giveaway sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, Charlotte’s Web Giveaway prize suppliers, participating advertisers and immediate family members of anyone so situated. “Immediate family members” shall include spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws”, or by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other familial extensions, and any other persons residing at the same household location, whether or not related Upon entering Charlotte’s Web Giveaway, participants agree to waive any rights their state of residence may provide in regards to sweepstakes or contests.  Charlotte’s Web Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.  The prizes are personal to the selected winners and are not assignable to any other person or entity.

How to Enter 

On Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 5:00 pm MST, the contest will be live. Submit your entry online at www.charlottesweb.com/free-cbd-for-a-year or www.icharlotte.com/free-hemp-extract-for-a-year.

All Charlotte's Web Giveaway entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and Sponsor may use any of the entries for any purpose whatsoever, without further compensation to the entrant.  By entering Charlotte's Web Giveaway, entrant expressly grants Sponsor a license to use entrant’s name, image, or other publicly available identifiable information in connection with any publication or other use of that entrant’s entry. 

Entries will be accepted from 5:00pm MST on Thursday, January 7, 2021 until 11:59pm MST on Sunday, January 31, 2021.  Any entry received after Sunday January 31, 2021 will not be eligible.

One (1) winner will be selected from the eligible submissions by Sponsor at random, and winner will be announced on Friday, February 5, 2021. 

Sponsor reserves the right to amend Charlotte's Web Giveaway dates at its sole discretion and without notice. Participants may also enter Charlotte's Web Giveaway by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 1600 Pearl Street., #300 Boulder, Colorado 80302. 
 
 Where permitted by law, winners and participants grant to Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates and those acting pursuant to their authority, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winners’ and participants' submissions, names, portraits, pictures, voices, likenesses, the identity of their city and state of residence and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.

Restrictions and Limitations of Liability 

One winner per household. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Charlotte's Web Giveaway if it is not capable of completion as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any kind. All decisions of Sponsor are final. Charlotte's Web Giveaway is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado.  Sponsor and its subsidiaries and affiliates, their officers, directors, agents, stockholders, insurers, and employees, and their advertising and promotional agencies and sponsors assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever for damages, loss or injury resulting from participating in any contest or acceptance or use of any prize. In consideration of participation in the Charlotte's Web Giveaway, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the entrant, on entrant’s behalf, and on behalf of entrant’s heirs, successors or assigns, administrators and personal representatives, does hereby COVENANT NOT TO SUE, FULLY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE (i) Sponsor, each of its respective direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, parent, partners and related entities, (ii) each of its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, insurers, attorneys, shareholders and representatives, and (iii) each predecessor, successor, and assign thereof, from and against any and all actions, charges, claims, losses, costs, damages, expenses (including attorneys’ fees and expenses) and liabilities of any kind or character, whether known or unknown, in connection with, arising out of or in any way related to entrant’s participation in Charlotte's Web Giveaway. 

Sponsor is not responsible for late, misdirected, lost, or misplaced entries for any reason, including electronic or computer malfunctions that may affect the delivery or content of the entry, nor are they liable for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or hardware related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in Charlotte's Web Giveaway. Sponsor shall have no liability for any malfunction of the Internet, Charlotte's Web website or any other computer-related processor system. 

YOUR ACCESS TO AND PARTICIPATION IN CHARLOTTE’S WEB GIVEAWAY IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE PRIZES DELIVERED TO YOU THROUGH THE CHARLOTTE’S WEB GIVEAWAY ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, SPONSOR DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, AND TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
 
Prize(s) & Selection of Winners 
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on February 5, 2021 and receive a prize package of Charlotte’s Web™ CBD products, including:

How to Claim Prize 
Sponsor will contact the winner using information submitted during Charlotte's Web Giveaway entry by email. Sponsor is not responsible for any changes to or discrepancies with participant contact information.  In any event where a winner does not respond to Sponsor within one week of receipt of the email message or cannot be located after reasonable efforts by Sponsor, a new winner will be selected. 
 
Disqualification and Penalties 
Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible for Charlotte's Web Giveaway.  Posting duplicate comments, updates, or links in violation of the rules will also result in disqualification from Charlotte's Web Giveaway.  All participants agree to be bound by these rules. Sponsor in its sole discretion, further reserves the right to disqualify any person for (i) violating any of these rules, (ii) tampering with the entry process or the operation of Charlotte's Web website, (iii) gaining an unfair advantage in participating in Charlotte's Web Giveaway, or (iv) engaging in otherwise disruptive, annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior. 
 
Additional Terms and Conditions 
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to supplement or make changes to the rules of Charlotte's Web Giveaway at any time without notice. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to interpret the rules of Charlotte's Web Giveaway, and such interpretation shall be binding upon all participants. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any administrative errors involved in the execution of the Charlotte’s Web Giveaway.
