Charlotte’s Web e-Gift Cards Terms and Conditions 

Gift Cards are redeemable for purchases in the U.S. at www.charlottesweb.com and www.icharlotte.com (“the websites”). Gift cards cannot be used to purchase Charlotte’s Web products from brick-and-mortar retailers, other online retailers, or Rocky Mountain Discount stores.  

Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards will not be canceled and replaced without the required proof of purchase. Contact our Customer Service team with questions.  

Recipients of Gift Cards who wish to shop online and ship products internationally is not allowed.  

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. If the value of your Gift Card is greater than the amount of your total purchase, you will be able to use the remaining Gift Card balance for future purchases, subject to these terms and conditions. 

If the value of your Gift Card is less than the amount of your total Charlotte’s Web purchase, you must use a credit card in order to complete your purchase. You cannot use Rewards Points in combination with a gift card to complete a purchase on the websites.  

Gift Cards are emailed individually to Gift Card Recipients. No special offers such as promotional codes may be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card. Customers may use Rewards Points in combination with Credit Card to purchase a Gift Card. 

Colorado law shall govern this Gift Card program, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.  Any dispute arising from or relating to this Gift Card program shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Denver, Colorado. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration arising from or relating to this Gift Card program shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. 

Purchase or use of any Charlotte's Web Gift Card means you accept these  Charlotte’s Web e-Gift Cards Terms and Conditions. Any term of these t Charlotte’s Web e-Gift Cards Terms and Conditions deemed unenforceable shall be severable and the remaining terms enforced.
