Eligibility

No purchase necessary to enter. Purchase will not improve chances of winning. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries. Charlotte’s Web Email Subscription Product Giveaway (“Charlotte’s Web Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (unless otherwise specified), except employees of Charlotte’s Web or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, and successor companies, Charlotte’s Web Giveaway sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, Charlotte’s Web Giveaway prize suppliers, participating advertisers and immediate family members of anyone so situated. “Immediate family members” shall include spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws”, or by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other familial extension, and any other persons residing at the same household location, whether or not related. If minors are permitted to participate in Charlotte’s Web Giveaway, a parent or guardian of any participant who is a minor at the time of entry must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize, and Charlotte’s Web reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of a minor. Upon entering Charlotte’s Web Giveaway, participants agree to waive any rights their state of residence may provide in regards to sweepstakes or contests. Charlotte’s Web Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

All Charlotte's Web Giveaway entries become the exclusive property of Charlotte's Web and Charlotte's Web may use any of the entries for any purpose whatsoever, without further compensation to the entrant. By entering Charlotte's Web Giveaway, entrant expressly grants Charlotte's Web a license to use entrant’s name, or other publicly available identifiable information in connection with any publication or other use of that entrant’s entry. Entries will be accepted from 12am MST on November, 15th, 2018 until 11:59pm MST on December, 15th, 2018. Selection of winner will be announced on Friday, December 21st, 2018 by 4pm MST. Charlotte's Web reserves the right to amend Charlotte's Web Giveaway dates at its discretion and without notice.

Participants without an email account may enter Charlotte's Web Giveaway by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 1720 S. Bellaire St., #600, Denver, Colorado 80222.

Restrictions and Limitations of Liability

One winner per household. Charlotte's Web reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Charlotte's Web Giveaway if it is not capable of completion as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any kind. All decisions of Charlotte's Web are final. Charlotte's Web Giveaway is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado. Charlotte's Web and its subsidiaries and affiliates, their officers, directors, agents, stockholders, insurers, and employees, and their advertising and promotional agencies and sponsors assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever for damages, loss or injury resulting from participating in any contest or acceptance or use of any prize. In consideration of participation in the Charlotte's Web Giveaway, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the entrant, on entrant’s behalf, and on behalf of entrant’s heirs, successors or assigns, administrators and personal representatives, does hereby COVENANT NOT TO SUE, FULLY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE (i) Charlotte's Web, each of its respective direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, partners and related entities, (ii) each of its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, insurers, attorneys, shareholders and representatives, and (iii) each predecessor, successor, and assign thereof, from and against any and all actions, charges, claims, losses, costs, damages, expenses (including attorneys’ fees and expenses) and liabilities of any kind or character, whether known or unknown, in connection with, arising out of or in any way related to entrant’s participation in Charlotte's Web Giveaway.

Charlotte's Web is not responsible for late, misdirected, lost, or misplaced entries for any reason, including electronic or computer malfunctions that may affect the delivery or content of the entry, nor are they liable for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or hardware related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in Charlotte's Web Giveaway. Charlotte's Web shall have no liability for any malfunction of the Internet, Charlotte's Web website or any other computer-related processor system.

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on December 21st, 2018 and receive the following:

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value. EACH PRIZE IS GIVEN AWAY BY CHARLOTTE’S WEB “AS-IS” AND CHARLOTTE’S WEB DOES NOT MAKE, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS, ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, REGARDING ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

How to Claim Prize

Charlotte's Web will contact the winners using information submitted during Charlotte's Web Giveaway entry by email. Charlotte's Web is not responsible for any changes to or discrepancies with participant contact information. In any event where a winner does not respond to Charlotte's Web within one week of receipt of the email or cannot be located after reasonable efforts by Charlotte's Web, a new winner will be selected.

Disqualification and Penalties

Anyone found to use multiple email accounts to enter will be ineligible for Charlotte's Web Giveaway. All participants agree to be bound by these rules and Charlotte’s Web rules and terms of use. Charlotte's Web in its sole discretion, further reserves the right to disqualify any person for (i) violating any of these rules, (ii) tampering with the entry process or the operation of Charlotte's Web website, (iii) gaining an unfair advantage in participating in Charlotte's Web Giveaway, or (iv) engaging in otherwise disruptive, annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Charlotte's Web reserves the right in its sole discretion to supplement or make changes to the rules of Charlotte’s Web Giveaway at any time without notice. Charlotte's Web reserves the right in its sole discretion to interpret the rules of Charlotte's Web Giveaway, and such interpretation shall be binding upon all participants. Charlotte's Web shall not be responsible for any administrative errors involved in the execution of any Giveaway.

All terms and conditions of any Charlotte's Web website and/or message board apply. By using any Charlotte's Web website and/or message board to submit an entry, entrant expressly agrees to abide by those terms and conditions.
