What are the exclusions on promotional offers?

From time to time, Charlotte’s Web likes to offer its family of customers promotional codes to save on CBD. Discount Codes

With sales like BOGO50  (Buy-One-Get-One at 50% off) ID.ME qualified customers have two options, they can either choose to keep their standard 20% off discount by selecting an ID.ME discount during checkout, OR they can add the BOGO50 promo code.

The limit is one discount code per order. All online discount codes have a designated expiration date and can only be used once per customer. Furthermore, most codes can only be applied to carts with up to five products. Discount codes cannot be applied to oils (excluding pet), stay asleep, bulks, bundles, and gummy 3-packs as most of these products are automatically discounted.  Lastly, discount codes cannot be combined with Reward Dollars or Autoship subscription orders.

What shipping & handling methods does Charlotte's Web offer? 

Our goal is to get our customers everything they need as soon as possible. We currently offer Ground Shipping, 2-Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping & handling services. For orders over $50.00, shipping is free. We are currently utilizing UPS Mail Innovations for all ground shipping orders, which involves both the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. All orders start out with UPS but some do get routed to local post offices for final delivery. Our warehouse team will issue all customers a USPS tracking number, which can be used on either shipping company’s website for detailed tracking.

Rewards Points   

There are three seperate ways to earn Charlotte's Web rewards points.

Order CBD: You can earn one point per dollar spent on charlottesweb.com, including a gift card and/or subscription purchases. When you spend $200, you earn 200 points, which can be redeemed for $10 off your next purchase. 
Refer a Friend: Refer a friend via your link at http://www.charlottesweb.com/refer
Provide feedback on your order: Keep an eye out for an email from Charlotte's Web after you place your order. Leave a review, earn 25 points.

Each dollar spent earns you 1 reward point. Once you hit 200 points, you can redeem it for $10 off your next order. 

Please note: There may be exemptions during promotional offers. 

How do I redeem my Discount Codes? 

In your Shopping Cart, you’ll see the option to add a Discount Code. Add the Discount Code and select Apply Discount.  

You’ll also have the option to add a Discount Code to your cart during the checkout process after you enter your Shipping Information.

How do I redeem my Rewards Points? 

All Rewards Points can be reedemed in increments of 100 during checkout in the Order Summary. You can choose the rewards points balance you wish to redeem per order between 200, 300, 400, or 500 points. 

Below the Order Summary, you'll see how many Rewards you have available. Click 'Choose Reward' to select how many of your points you'd like to redeem (in 100-point increments). 

What should I get for my loved one?  

We hear this question often as shopping for CBD can be a daunting task. To better support our family of customers we created Gift Sets that can be personalized to anyone for any occasion. Each gift set starts with a curated set of products based on a person’s needs (such as Sleep, Pain or someone looking for Calm). Then you can select different options to build the best gift set.  

Does Charlotte’s Web offer gift receipts?    

The great thing is there’s no need! All of our packing slips currently exclude pricing, so you can keep those precious holiday gifts discreet. If your gift recipient isn’t satisfied for any reason, our customer care team is here to help. 

How do returns work at Charlotte's Web? 

At Charlotte's Web, we stand behind our products 100%. In fact, we're so convinced our products will help make a positive difference in your life that if any item doesn't meet your expectations, we want you to send it back within the first 30 days of delivery. We will happily give you the option to exchange it for another item or receive a full refund. 

Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment. We'll email you a label to print out, place on your package, and ship back at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued, and an automated email will notify you of the transaction. If you purchased the item through a Charlotte's Web distributor or retailer, however, we ask that you handle your return or exchange through them. 

Please note: There are no returns or exchanges on Final Sale items.

How can I purchase and use the Charlotte’s Web™ Gift Card?  

All electronic gift cards can easily be purchased online during checkout. Your gift recipient will receive an email with their gift card along with a personalized code, which they can redeem during checkout. 

*Reward points will be applied to the purchasing Charlotte's Web account. The Gift Card can be used by the recipient with a promotional offer, but cannot be purchased at a reduced price.
