Eligibility
No purchase necessary to enter. Purchase will not improve chances of winning. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries. CW™ Hemp Instagram Product Giveaway (“CW™ Hemp Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (unless otherwise specified), except employees of CW™ Hemp or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, and successor companies, CW™ Hemp Giveaway sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, CW™ Hemp Giveaway prize suppliers, participating advertisers and immediate family members of anyone so situated. “Immediate family members” shall include spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws”, or by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other familial extension, and any other persons residing at the same household location, whether or not related. If minors are permitted to participate in CW™ Hemp Giveaway, a parent or guardian of any participant who is a minor at the time of entry must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize, and CW™ Hemp reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of a minor. Upon entering CW™ Hemp Giveaway, participants agree to waive any rights their state of residence may provide in regards to sweepstakes or contests. CW™ Hemp Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
First Follow CW™ Hemp (https://www.instagram.com/cw_hemp/) using your own Instagram account. On Wednesday, August 22nd, 2018 at 9am MST, Charlotte's Web will post a photo announcing the giveaway. To enter, you must ensure you are following Charlotte's Web, profiles must be public to confirm follows. Then comment on the post and tag two friends in the comments to complete entry. Unlimited unique entries per day. Unique entry is an entry with two friends not previously named in an entry during that day.

All CW™ Hemp Giveaway entries become the exclusive property of CW™ Hemp and CW™ Hemp may use any of the entries for any purpose whatsoever, without further compensation to the entrant. By entering CW™ Hemp Giveaway, entrant expressly grants CW™ Hemp a license to use entrant’s name, Instagram handle, or other publicly available identifiable information in connection with any publication or other use of that entrant’s entry. Entries will be accepted from 9am MST on August 22nd until 11:59pm MST on August 31, 2018. Selection of winner will be announced on Friday, September 7th, 2018 by 4pm MST. CW™ Hemp reserves the right to amend CW™ Hemp Giveaway dates at its discretion and without notice.
Participants without an Instagram account may enter CW™ Hemp Giveaway by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 1720 S. Bellaire St., #600, Denver, Colorado 80222, and must be received by Thursday, September 6, 2018.
Restrictions and Limitations of Liability
One winner per household. CW™ Hemp reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the CW™ Hemp Giveaway if it is not capable of completion as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any kind. All decisions of CW™ Hemp are final. CW™ Hemp Giveaway is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado. CW™ Hemp and its subsidiaries and affiliates, their officers, directors, agents, stockholders, insurers, and employees, and their advertising and promotional agencies and sponsors assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever for damages, loss or injury resulting from participating in any contest or acceptance or use of any prize. In consideration of participation in the CW™ Hemp Giveaway, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the entrant, on entrant’s behalf, and on behalf of entrant’s heirs, successors or assigns, administrators and personal representatives, does hereby COVENANT NOT TO SUE, FULLY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE (i) CW™ Hemp, each of its respective direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, partners and related entities Instagram, (ii) each of its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, insurers, attorneys, shareholders and representatives, and (iii) each predecessor, successor, and assign thereof, from and against any and all actions, charges, claims, losses, costs, damages, expenses (including attorneys’ fees and expenses) and liabilities of any kind or character, whether known or unknown, in connection with, arising out of or in any way related to entrant’s participation in CW™ Hemp Giveaway.
CW™ Hemp is not responsible for late, misdirected, lost, or misplaced entries for any reason, including electronic or computer malfunctions that may affect the delivery or content of the entry, nor are they liable for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or hardware related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in CW™ Hemp Giveaway. CW™ Hemp shall have no liability for any malfunction of the Internet, CW™ Hemp website or any other computer-related processor system.
Prize(s) & Selection of Winners
One (1) total winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on September 7th, 2018. Winner and the two friends tagged in the entry will receive a choice of the following
One 30mL CW™ Hemp product (approximate retail value: up to $149.99); or
One 30 count capsules CW™ Hemp product (approximate retail value: up to $69.99); or
One 1.5oz CW™ Hemp balm product (approximate retail value: up to $39.99); or
One 2.5oz CW™ Hemp cream product (approximate retail value: $49.99).
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value. EACH PRIZE IS GIVEN AWAY BY CW™ HEMP “AS-IS” AND CW™ HEMP DOES NOT MAKE, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS, ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, REGARDING ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
How to Claim Prize
CW™ Hemp will contact the winners using information submitted during CW™ Hemp Giveaway entry by Instagram direct message or mail. CW™ Hemp is not responsible for any changes to or discrepancies with participant contact information. In any event where a winner does not respond to CW™ Hemp within one week (7 days) of receipt of the Instagram direct message or mail communication, or cannot be located after reasonable efforts by CW™ Hemp, a new winner will be selected.
Disqualification and Penalties
Anyone found to use multiple Instagram accounts to enter will be ineligible for CW™ Hemp Giveaway. Posting duplicate comments, updates, or links in violation of Instagram rules will also result in disqualification from CW™ Hemp Giveaway. All participants agree to be bound by these rules and Instagram’s rules and terms of use. CW™ Hemp in its sole discretion, further reserves the right to disqualify any person for (i) violating any of these rules, (ii) tampering with the entry process or the operation of CW™ Hemp website, (iii) gaining an unfair advantage in participating in CW™ Hemp Giveaway, or (iv) engaging in otherwise disruptive, annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior.
Additional Terms and Conditions
CW™ Hemp reserves the right in its sole discretion to supplement or make changes to the rules of CW™ Hemp Giveaway at any time without notice. CW™ Hemp reserves the right in its sole discretion to interpret the rules of CW™ Hemp Giveaway, and such interpretation shall be binding upon all participants. CW™ Hemp shall not be responsible for any administrative errors involved in the execution of any Giveaway.
All terms and conditions of any CW™ Hemp website and/or message board apply. By using any CW™ Hemp web site and/or message board to submit an entry, entrant expressly agrees to abide by those terms and conditions.
