We are continuing to monitor this situation closely, as is everyone in the country. In accordance with the State of Colorado issuing a Stay-At-Home order, we’re following local direction. As our business is considered an essential business, we will continue to operate our direct-to-consumer ecommerce business. Our goal is to help others. In times like this, we intend to continue supporting our family of customers by providing delivery through FedEx, UPS and the USPS.

The short answer is yes. All of our hemp is grown in the United States, and our full spectrum hemp extract is extracted in a cGMP-compliant facility where the highest standards for cleanliness are maintained.

How is Charlotte’s Web responding to the Coronavirus pandemic?
We take the health and wellness of our family of customers very seriously, after all, it’s why we started making Charlotte’s Web™ full-spectrum hemp products in the first place.
In response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we’re following the CDC’s direction.We’re doing everything we can to safeguard both our employees and our customers.
In accordance with national and local direction, all non-essential staff are working from home, and remain committed to sustaining your access to our products online and safely in stores.
To do this, our Colorado-based fulfillment warehouse, lab and cultivation centers will remain open.
Our warehouse has always taken extra care to maintain cleanliness for the safety of our customers. Starting last week, we began taking additional precautions to ensure packages reach you safely. This includes:
- Increased frequency of full-building cleaning with CDC-approved disinfectants
- Disinfecting all packing stations where orders are handled
- All fulfillment staff wear gloves while packing boxes
What is Charlotte’s Web doing to support our communities during this period?
We are offering free shipping to online customers through the end of March.
We closed our Denver and Miami-based pop-up stores. We are sad to close our doors sooner than planned but we have enjoyed every day, savored every story, and appreciated every single visitor.
We encourage shopping locally when possible – many local wellness stores are remaining open but changing their experiences to support social distancing; visit our Store Locator to find a list of local stores. Call them, ask them how you can continue to support their businesses.
