Subscribers also benefit from free ground shipping on every autoship order, with the option for reduced express shipping rates on the first subscription order. While subscription discounts are the most rewarding among our ongoing promotional offerings, they cannot be stacked with other promotions. 

Please note that first-time subscription orders placed alongside a one-time product purchase will default to our standard shipping rates. If your cart totals over $75, you’ll receive free ground shipping and reduced express shipping rates; however, if your cart is under $75, it will not qualify for free ground shipping, even with a subscription product included. To ensure you qualify for free ground shipping on your subscription, we recommend either upgrading your one-time purchase to a subscription or removing the one-time item and placing your subscription order separately.

Loyalty Reward Redemption

For every dollar spent, customers earn 1 point, which can be redeemed for discounts as follows: 

• 200 points = $10 
• 400 points = $20 
• 600 points = $30 
• 800 points = $40 
• 1000 points = $50 

When you redeem points, your loyalty account is adjusted to reflect the value redeemed, and a unique code will be provided for use at checkout. Please note that loyalty points cannot be stacked with other promotional offers.

Gift Cards and Gift Receipts 

We offer digital gift cards that can be purchased online and delivered directly via email. Please note that we do not provide physical gift cards. Discounts cannot be applied to gift card purchases, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds. However, customers are welcome to use gift cards toward discounted purchases. 

We also recognize that our customers love to share the gift of wellness, and we frequently receive inquiries about gift receipts. The good news is you don’t need one!
