I used to use the full spectrum 10mg gummies as a sleep aid. I could take just half a dose (5mg) to pass out immediately. I started using this thc free formula out of fear of failing a drug test, and I made sure to order the strongest ones because I heard the thc free stuff isnt as effective, though I didn't expect it to be this weak. Now I take the full 25mg serving of the thc free gummies and still roll around for an hour in bed. It does still help minorly (I usually spend hours trying to fall asleep) but its not nearly as effective as full spectrum, and much more expensive.
That being said, im still going to be continuing to use the product since I cant risk failing a drug test and something is still better than nothing.

There can be a definite under-taste to these as opposed to the lemon-lime flavor calm gummies. I like the lemon-lime better. I wish the THC-free came in that flavor as well as a choice.
