Eligibility
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT. Charlotte’s Web™ #MyCWRoutine Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States (“Eligible Territory") who are 18 years of age or older (unless otherwise specified), except employees of Charlotte’s Web, Inc., Sweepstakes prize suppliers, participating advertisers and immediate family members of anyone so situated. “Immediate family members” shall include spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws”, or by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other familial extension, and any other persons residing at the same household location, whether or not related.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Void outside the Eligible Territory and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation. The prizes are personal to the selected winners and not assignable to any other person or entity.

How to Enter
On Monday, October 21, 2024 at 10:00am Mountain Standard Time (“MST”), Sponsor will announce on its websites, social media accounts, blog and relevant press releases that the Sweepstakes is live. To enter, you must submit a photo or video on a public Instagram feed using #MyCWRoutine.
Participants may also enter the Sweepstakes by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Charlotte’s Web™ #MyCWRoutine Sweepstakes, 700 Tech Ct., Louisville, CO 80027. Mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor by the close of the Entry Period. Alternately, participants can send an email to social@charlottesweb.com with their first and last name, email address, birthdate, and phone number by 11:59pm MST on Sunday, January 19, 2025.
Entries will be accepted from 10:00am MST on Monday, October 21, 2024 until 11:59pm MST on Sunday, January 19, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Any entry received after 11:59pm MST on Sunday, January 19, 2025 will not be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address, regardless of method of entry.
You understand that you are providing your personal information to Sponsor. The information you provide will only be used by Sponsor, which may use your entry as per the terms outlined in the Official Terms and Conditions at http://charlottesweb.com/mycwroutinesweeps and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.charlottesweb.com/privacy-policy.
All Sweepstakes entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and Sponsor may use any of the entries for any purpose whatsoever, without further compensation to the entrant. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant expressly grants Sponsor a license to use entrant’s name, photo, video, or other publicly available identifiable information in connection with any publication or other use of that entrant’s entry.
Sponsor reserves the right to amend the Sweepstakes dates and times at its sole discretion and without notice.
Where permitted by law, winners and participants grant to Sponsor and their subsidiaries, affiliates and those acting pursuant to their authority, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winners’ and participants' submissions, names, portraits, pictures, voices, likenesses, the identity of their city and state of residence and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.
Restrictions and Limitations of Liability
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any kind. All decisions of Sponsor are final. The Sweepstakes is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado. Sponsor and each of their subsidiaries and affiliates, their officers, directors, agents, stockholders, insurers, and employees, and their advertising and promotional agencies and sponsors assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever for damages, loss or injury resulting from participating in any contest or sweepstakes, or acceptance or use of any prize. In consideration of participation in the Sweepstakes, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the entrant, on entrant’s behalf, and on behalf of entrant’s heirs, successors or assigns, administrators and personal representatives, does hereby waive any and all claims against (i) Sponsor and each of their respective direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, parent, partners and related entities, (ii) each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, insurers, attorneys, shareholders and representatives, and (iii) each predecessor, successor, and assign thereof (collectively, “Released Parties), for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize (or any portion thereof).
Sponsor is not responsible for late, misdirected, lost, or misplaced entries for any reason, including electronic or computer malfunctions that may affect the delivery or content of the entry, nor are they liable for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or hardware related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall have no liability for any malfunction of the Internet, Charlotte’s Web website or any other computer-related processor system.
YOUR ACCESS TO AND PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE PRIZES DELIVERED TO YOU THROUGH THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, SPONSOR DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, AND TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Prize, Prize Conditions & Selection of Winners
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by Sponsor at random from valid entries on Monday, January 20, 2025, and winner will be notified on or around the same day. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries. Grand Prize winner will receive:
A prize package consisting of one (1) gift card for shopping on Charlottesweb.com for $450 (collectively, the "Grand Prize"). (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $450.) Actual value of Grand Prize will vary depending on Grand Prize winner's selected products at point of checkout on Charlottesweb.com (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value).
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value.
How to Claim Prize
Sponsor will contact the winner using information submitted during the Sweepstakes entry by direct message on Instagram. Sponsor is not responsible for any changes to or discrepancies with participant contact information. In any event where a winner does not respond to Sponsor within one week of receipt of the direct message communication, or cannot be located after reasonable efforts by Sponsor, a new winner will be selected.
Disqualification and Penalties
Anyone found using multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible for the Sweepstakes. All participants agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions and terms of use. Sponsor in its sole discretion, further reserves the right to disqualify any person for (i) violating any of these Official Terms and Conditions, (ii) tampering with the entry process or the operation of Charlotte’s Web website, (iii) gaining an unfair advantage in participating in the Sweepstakes, or (iv) engaging in otherwise disruptive, annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR OTHER PROPERTY ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT AND SPONSOR AND ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, controversies, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded (each, a "Claim") shall be (i) arbitrated on an individual basis only and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party and (ii) settled by binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado before a single arbitrator appointed by JAMS in accordance with its then governing rules and procedures, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; and (b) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. For New Jersey residents, the limitations set forth above may be inapplicable where attorneys' fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute. These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, U.S.A, applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that State.
Additional Terms and Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to supplement or make changes to these Official Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to interpret the Official Terms and Conditions of the Sweepstakes, and such interpretation shall be binding upon all participants. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any administrative errors involved in the execution of the Sweepstakes.
All terms and conditions of Charlotte’s Web website and Instagram app apply. By using the Instagram app to submit an entry, the entrant expressly agrees to abide by those terms and conditions. In the event that any of those terms and conditions conflict with the Sweepstakes Official Terms and Conditions, the Sweepstakes Official Terms and Conditions shall apply.
