From time to time, Charlotte’s Web likes to offer its family of customers promotional codes to save on CBD. While we do our best to make the experience simple on our website, we understand that there may be questions as well. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Customer Care Team.
What shipping & handling methods does Charlotte's Web offer?
Our goal is to get our customers everything they need in time to enjoy a happy and healthy holiday. That said, due to recent challenges, our processing times have slightly increased. We currently offer Ground Shipping, 2-Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping & handling services. For orders over $25.00, shipping is free.
It may take up to five days for your order to be processed and shipped, so order early! Our busy little elves are doing everything they can to ensure safe and quick delivery so you can help keep the calm this holiday.
Please note the following cutoff dates to receive your orders in time for the holidays:
- December 17 for Ground Shipping
- December 21 for 2-Day Air
- December 22 for Next-Day Air
What should I get for my loved one?
We hear this question often as shopping for CBD can be a daunting task. This holiday, we wanted to provide Gift Sets that can be personalized to anyone on your list. Each gift set starts with a curated set of products based on a person’s needs (such as Sleep, Pain or someone looking for Calm). Then you can select different options to build the best gift set.
Does Charlotte’s Web offer gift-wrapping?
Not at this time, but all Charlotte’s Web orders are shipped in boxes made of 100% recyclable materials, so rest easy knowing you’ll be helping to give planet Earth a bit of a breather this holiday.
Does Charlotte’s Web offer gift receipts?
The great thing is there’s no need! All of our packing slips currently exclude pricing, so you can keep those precious holiday gifts discreet. If your gift recipient isn’t satisfied for any reason, our customer care team is here to help.
And in case you can’t find something, we will begin to offer Holiday Gift Card options starting mid-December for last-minute shoppers!
How do returns work at Charlotte's Web?
At Charlotte's Web, we stand behind our products 100%. In fact, we're so convinced our products will help make a positive difference in your life that if any item doesn't meet your expectations, we want you to send it back within the first 30 days of delivery. We will happily give you the option to exchange it for another item or receive a full refund.
Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment. We'll email you a label to print out, place on your package, and ship back at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued, and an automated email will notify you of the transaction. If you purchased the item through a Charlotte's Web™ distributor or retailer, however, we ask that you handle your return or exchange through them.

Coming Soon- 12/08/2020! - How can I purchase and use the NEW Charlotte’s Web™ Holiday Gift Card?
We're excited to announce our new e-Holiday Gift Cards coming to the website in mid-December! All electronic holiday gift cards can easily be purchased online during checkout. Your gift recipient will receive an email with their gift card along with a personalized code, which they can redeem during checkout.
The limit is one discount code per order. All online discount codes have a designated expiration date and can only be used once per customer. Furthermore, most codes can only be applied to carts with up to five products. Discount codes cannot be applied to Starter Sizes Oils, Bulk or Bundled products, or MEDIC Collections as these are already discounted. Lastly, discount codes cannot be combined with Reward Dollars.
For every $100 spent (before tax), you’ll earn a $5 reward which can be applied to a future purchase. During double or triple rewards points promotional periods, you’ll earn $10 or $15 for every $100 spent. Rewards are earned in $5 increments. You may use Rewards Points on an Autoship subscription orders.

During Harvest Dollars earning periods, you can earn a $20, $50, or $100 gift certificate by spending $100, $250, or $500 that can be used on a future purchase. Please see the fine print in Harvest Dollars earning window emails for exact earnings and redemption dates. Harvest Dollars can be earned by purchasing all products on the website. However, they cannot be combined with other offers.
How do I redeem my Rewards Points?
In your Shopping Cart, you’ll see the option to add a Discount Code. Add the Discount Code and select Apply Code.
You’ll also have the option to add a Discount Code to your cart during the checkout process after you enter your Shipping Information.
How do I redeem my Rewards Points?
During checkout, after you’ve entered your address, you’ll be prompted to add payment information. On this screen, if you are logged in to your account and have Rewards Points available for use, you’ll be prompted to use your Rewards Points.
Once you’ve selected to use your Rewards Points, the option to add a Discount Code will be removed as Rewards Points cannot be combined with Discount Codes. To remove Reward Points, you must go back to 'View & Edit Cart' and click the 'X' to remove the Reward Points entered.
